I'm also a little surprised that the volume as calculated by aku shaper is way above that of the Roberts board, given the same length and width (29.61 vs 27.75). How much extra foam should I be considering adding.everywhere before the shaping process? I'm adding a bit of extra foam to the nose and tail right now with the intent of giving myself a little room to play with as I shape the nose and tail - do yall think it's necessary to do that for the entire board?
