I was the last one to get my dog as I wasn't in a hurry. C-snip let those in a hurry get there dogs first and then after that they let the loud ones go next (making noise is not the best for the dogs as it may hurt the incision area). They started with the aftercare instructions right at 4:00pm as promised! The dogs new all the humans were there so they were rather loud. I got there early and waited in the room with all of the other humans. unless you have a tiny dog like me and don't want a crazy huge one).

I went to pet supply plus to buy a small collar to prevent my dog from licking (c-snip also sells them for the same price and I was unaware, so you don't need to make that extra trip. The pick-up: After being a nervous wreck all day I was glad to not have received a call from c-snip and headed out around 3:00pm.
BUT to the woman who was bringing the dogs in to be sedated (I THANK YOU), she made sure she used the dogs name, listened to you about your concerns and treated the animals and humans so kindly. Every thing else went smoothly and, like some reviews they don't treat you like you are the one and only queen on earth, because their are 70 other animals having surgery.

I thankfully, unlike some people, was given the day off from work to deal with this appointment so I just told myself to be patient and not get annoyed (which is hard as I'm already nervous for my dog to have surgery plus a crowded room full of other anxioius people doesnt help). And there were FAR more people ahead of me by the way. So cat people who got there at 8:20 were helped before me and I got there at 7:53. However, they have two separate lines, and there were three people at the front desk checking us in, but the car humans were assisted by two out of those three. The only thing I was annoiyed about was there were FAR more dog people compared to cat owners. Which I appreciated!! Day of: When I got there, I did have to wait outside, but that was noted with the original call and email. They even sent me 2 or 3 more reminder emails and called me the day before to remind me of the rules and of the appointment. They made sure to ask all of the important question on my dog and made sure that I needed to follow the rules on the email. They got her in for an appointment for 3 days in the future.
Before: C-snip gave me a call about 2 days after I originally called. But I waited until after I picked her up and a couple days after to give a full and honest review.
